Linux Environment in windows using Cygwin offline installer

Just download the file from the below link and extract using winrar or 7Z file extracter and then run then folow the steps...........

Step 1: 
Just download Cygwin 32-bit installer from here   
 OR

DOWNLOAD 64-bit installer from here ....

Step 2:

DOWNLOAD CYGWIN Files FROM HERE

Now extract the files as shown in the image below..

 Step 3: Now run the installer downloaded in step 1 and click on next and choose the Install from local library option and now browse the Extracted folder and select http%3a%2f%2fcygwin.skazkaforyou.com%2f   folder as shown in the below image

Then Click on Next ...Next.. Next.. in all the further steps and you get the Finish step just click finish then you will get a shortcut on the desktop Cygwin terminal. use this terminal to work with your linux commands
